DeftEdge, in partnership with Sari Laaksonen Consulting Oy (SaLaCo), was awarded a framework agreement with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland to support centralized development evaluations (FACE). Through this collaboration, the consortium provides evaluations, reviews, syntheses, and training services that contribute to strengthening Finland’s development cooperation, policy implementation, and results-based management. Drawing on DeftEdge’s global evaluation expertise and SaLaCo’s in-depth knowledge of Finnish development policy, the team brings a strong focus on gender, inclusion, climate, and learning to each assignment.
