Review of Evaluation Quality Assurance for UNODC/UNFPA

AIMS/DeftEdge was contracted by both organizations to assess their published evaluation reports. AIMS/DeftEdge completed three framework agreements with UNFPA, and Associates  completed 3 contracts with UNODC. In addition to conducting EQAs for each evaluation report, the scope included revisions to EQA templates and producing synthesis reports with recommendations. The respective Evaluation Offices submited the reports to AIMS/DeftEdge and provided feedback on the deliverables. AIMS/DeftEdge was responsible for assessing each report according to the EQA templates, providing draft and final reports (including on the UN-SWAP criteria), and data visualization of overall results.
