External Assessment of UNICEF’s Global Evaluation Reports Oversight System

External assessment of UNICEF’s evaluation system to improve quality and effectiveness. The assessment addressed the overall evaluation report quality assurance and feedback system at UNICEF. It was conducted using extensive document review and interviews with staff at all levels of the organization. The results increased understanding the quality, consistency, credibility and use of the evaluation report quality assurance system at the global, regional and country levels.
